We think everyone should be able to balance their work and family life, and it should not be a financial decision to take your parental leave. Nexus reimburses extra 3x30 days during your leave - on top of your normal parental leave pay.

We have taken the different corporate standard/best practice regarding paid leave from all our location and combined these into a long list of occasions and situations that you can take paid time off for – applicable globally.

We want you to be able to prioritize your family's health, enabling you up to 5 days/year of paid leave to focus on just that.

Paid Leave for “Arrival of Own Child”
Drawing inspiration from the Swedish model, we provide non-birthing parents with 5 days of paid leave to be used upon the birth of their child. This also applies in the event of adoption.

Nexus Days are additional time off, with more flexibility. You can have up to two extra days of fully paid leave annually, in addition to your normal vacation right.
